Explore our lodgeWe are a friendly, inclusive Craft (Blue) Lodge in the Province of Durham, meeting at Freemasons Hall in Dunston, Gateshead. We warmly welcome joining members and new candidates of any age, colour, creed or disability.
Dunston St Nicholas Lodge No.9712 is one of five Daylight Lodges in the Province of Durham. We meet in the morning and combine tradition with a warm, supportive atmosphere—whether you are discovering Freemasonry for the first time or visiting from another lodge.

Visitors (Master Masons from other lodges) are always welcome—please get in touch so we can greet you on arrival.
Freemasons Hall in Dunston is fully accessible, with wheelchair access throughout, a hearing loop, lift to the upper floor, accessible parking, and toilets.
